SECA Car Rider Procedures/Procedimientos de Tráfico de SECA

Car Rider Procedures for Arrival and Dismissal:

All cars will enter the campus each day through the Beaumont Highway entrance and follow the stacking system described below. No cars will be allowed to enter through the bus ramp or back parking lot because that is the primary exit for all vehicles. In addition, there is no parking on the Lamkin Rd side of the campus because this is the Early Learning Center (ELC) area.

Please do not get out of your vehicle to walk your child up to the back door and do not let your child get out of the vehicle before arriving to the designated drop off areas that are supervised by our staff.

Stacking system:

The first parents to arrive will begin lining up on the side of the building in the lane closest to the school. When that lane is full, parents should fill the next lane and then the third. Cars after that will wind back around through the parking lot. We will begin the car rider line with the first lane, then the second, the third, and then the cars after. Please be patient with our staff members, as our primary goal is for ALL of our young students to arrive and dismiss safely from school every day.

Todos los automóviles ingresarán al campus todos los días a través de la entrada de Beaumont Highway y seguirán el sistema de apilamiento que se describe a continuación. No se permitirá la entrada de automóviles a través de la rampa de autobuses o el estacionamiento trasero porque esa es la salida principal para todos los vehículos. Además, no hay estacionamiento en el lado del campus de Lamkin Rd porque esta es el área del Centro de Aprendizaje Temprano (ELC).

Por favor, no salga de su vehículo para llevar a su hijo hasta la puerta trasera y no permita que su hijo salga del vehículo antes de llegar a las áreas designadas para dejarlo que están supervisadas por nuestro personal.

Sistema de apilamiento:

Los primeros padres en llegar comenzarán a formarse en el costado del edificio en el carril más cercano a la escuela. Cuando ese carril esté lleno, los padres deben llenar el siguiente carril y luego el tercero. Los autos después de eso regresarán por el estacionamiento. Comenzaremos la línea de automovilistas con el primer carril, luego el segundo, el tercero y luego los autos posteriores. Tenga paciencia con los miembros de nuestro personal, ya que nuestro objetivo principal es que TODOS nuestros jóvenes estudiantes lleguen y salgan de la escuela de manera segura todos los días.
